Fiberglass Race Fairing Test Program Rules

1. Overview

NT FAIRING is running a limited test program in which we will give away 11 brand-new, unpainted fiberglass race fairing kits in exchange for honest, documented product feedback. Selected participants will receive a kit at no cost and agree to evaluate, install or dry-fit, and report back on product quality with photos and video.

This is not a sweepstakes or a no-strings-attached giveaway. It is a structured product test program. By applying, you agree to these rules.

2. Available Kits

Kits are allocated on a per-applicant basis. We cannot substitute one model for another.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Own, or have verifiable regular access to, a motorcycle matching one of the listed make/model/year combinations.
• Be able to pick up the kit in person at our Los Angeles-area warehouse, OR be willing to pay for the shipping cost of the fairing kit. NT FAIRING will not be responsible for any damages to the fairing kit during shipping.
• Be willing and able to provide the feedback described in Section 7 within the specified timeframe.

Open to riders, racers, builders, fabricators, shops, and similar qualified applicants.

Employees of NT FAIRING, their immediate family, and current business partners are not eligible.

4. Application Process

1. Complete the application form when the official application link becomes available. The application deadline will be announced separately.
2. The form will ask for: name, contact info, motorcycle details including make, model, and year, intended use, riding/racing background, any relevant social media handles, and a short statement on why you would be a useful test participant.
3. Incomplete or duplicate applications will be discarded.
4. Selection is at NT FAIRING's sole discretion based on fit, intended use, ability to provide quality feedback, and applicable bike. Selection is not first-come-first-served.
5. Selected applicants will be notified by email within 7 days of the application deadline. Non-selected applicants may not be individually notified.

5. Pickup

• Pickup is by appointment only at our Los Angeles-area warehouse. The exact address and scheduling link will be provided to selected applicants by email.
• Pickup must be completed within 5 working days of selection notification. Kits not picked up in that window will be re-offered to other applicants.
• The recipient must bring valid government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the application.
• An authorized representative may pick up on your behalf only with prior written authorization and their own valid ID.
• A receipt will be signed at the warehouse, or upon shipment, confirming receipt of the kit.

6. Product Disclosure: As-Is Condition

• Kits are brand new but have been in warehouse storage for an extended period. Minor cosmetic blemishes, dust, surface marks, or light handling wear are possible and should be expected.
• These are fiberglass race bodywork kits, unpainted white. As is normal for fiberglass race fairings, the kits typically require prep work prior to paint, including sanding, filling pinholes, light fitment adjustment, and surface preparation. Applicants should be comfortable with this work or have access to someone who is.
• Kits are provided as-is with no warranty, express or implied, for the purposes of this test program.
• These are race-use fairings and may not be street-legal in your jurisdiction. The recipient is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and racing organization technical regulations.
• The recipient assumes all risk associated with installation, modification, and use of the kit.

7. Feedback Requirements: Mandatory

By accepting a kit, the recipient agrees to provide the following to NT FAIRING within 60 days of pickup:

• At least 10 clear photos, including: kit as received / unboxing, fitment on the bike, prep stages such as sanding, filling, and primer, and finished installation.
• At least one short video, 30-120 seconds, showing fitment or the installed kit on the bike.
• A completed feedback questionnaire covering packaging, fitment accuracy, fiberglass quality, finish quality, ease of paint prep, durability, and overall satisfaction.
• Written comments and suggestions for improvement. Honest critical feedback is encouraged; that is the point of the program.
• Permission to use submitted photos, video, and feedback, with attribution if requested, on NT FAIRING's website, social media, marketing materials, and product pages.

Submission instructions and a private upload link will be provided at pickup.

Bonus: If your feedback with pictures and videos is honest and complete, we will send you a $50 credit coupon that can be used on our website.

Failure to submit feedback within the agreed window may result in: (a) an invoice for the standard retail price of the kit, and (b) exclusion from future programs and promotions.

8. Restrictions

• One kit per person / household / shop.
• Kits may not be resold, traded, or transferred to a third party for 2 months from the date of pickup / delivery.
• Kits are not returnable and have no cash or credit value.
• We welcome honest feedback, including critical feedback. We only ask that you submit your detailed input through the feedback channels described in Section 7 so we can act on it.

9. Privacy and Use of Content

Information submitted in the application will be used solely to administer the program and contact applicants. Content, including photos, video, and written feedback, submitted by recipients may be used by NT FAIRING in marketing and product materials per Section 7. Recipients may request attribution or, where reasonable, request that their face not be used.

10. Miscellaneous

• NT FAIRING reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time, for any reason.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
