Custom products qualify for a free return only if they arrive damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the finished product does not match the approved requirements. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We normally reply within 1 business day and provide a solution within 2 business days after all required information is received.
After an eligible return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

Keep the original packaging. Careful test-fitting is okay, but do not drill, cut, sand, paint, glue or permanently modify parts before fitment is confirmed.

Tracking is sent to the contact information used for the order. The first carrier scan can take up to 1 business day; contact us if tracking still has not updated after 2 business days.

Free return shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label and do not charge a restocking fee for returns requested within the 30-day return window.

Item condition

Careful test-fitting is okay. Returned parts must be complete and unmodified. Please do not cut, drill, sand, paint, glue, install, or otherwise permanently alter any part before confirming fitment. Please include all parts, hardware, accessories, and original packaging when available.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

How to start a return

Contact NT FAIRING Support within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and return instructions.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
