This product is made to order and shipped from China. Production and delivery normally take about 5–6 weeks.
Tracking is sent to the contact information used for the order. The first carrier scan can take up to 1 business day; contact us if tracking still has not updated after 2 business days.
Wrong model or year, doesn’t fit after careful test-fitting, changed your mind, or received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order? Contact us within 30 days for a prepaid return label. No restocking fee.
Order with confidence. You may request a free return within 30 days of delivery—even if you ordered the wrong motorcycle model or year, the fairing does not fit after careful test-fitting, or you simply changed your mind.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label and do not charge a restocking fee for returns requested within the 30-day return window.
Careful test-fitting is okay. Returned parts must be complete and unmodified. Please do not cut, drill, sand, paint, glue, install, or otherwise permanently alter any part before confirming fitment. Please include all parts, hardware, accessories, and original packaging when available.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
Contact NT FAIRING Support within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and return instructions.
After the returned item is received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
