US stock, product quality, warehouse pickup, returns and payment.How to find what's available in the US warehouse? +
On the Home Page, choose the “US Stock” navigation tab for ready-stock fairing kits. If an item title says “Available in CA, TX, or IL,” it means it is in stock in California, Texas, or Illinois and ready to ship to all mainland states. Orders ship within 1 working day and usually arrive in 3-6 days. If the item is not marked as available, or you want a custom color scheme, it will be made and shipped from China, with an ETA of about 5-6 weeks. Extra cost may apply for complex custom color schemes.
How is the quality of the fairing kits? +
Most fairing kits are injection molded using strong, durable ABS plastic and are designed to fit approximately 99% like OEM parts. Professional installation is recommended, as fitting can be tricky without experience.
How do I pick up an order from the warehouse? +
Contact us to confirm which item and warehouse location you want to pick up from. Place your order online and pay at least one day before pickup. Warehouse hours are Monday-Friday, 1pm-4pm. Once we receive your order and payment, we will schedule a pickup appointment and send you the pickup order number, warehouse address, phone number, and pickup date and time. You will need to bring your ID for pickup. Our warehouse is operated by a third party; for any questions, contact us at (626) 620-4868.
How do I return a product for a refund? +
If the product received is defective or incorrect, take photos showing the problem and contact us as soon as possible. We will either provide replacement parts or a return shipping label for a free return. Please make sure you choose the correct model and year for your bike; otherwise, return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
How do I place an order and make payment? +
Choose the item you like and click “Buy It Now.” Enter any discount code in the order summary, then fill in all required shipping information, including your address and phone number. Check out with PayPal, or pay as a guest using a credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Contact us at any time for help.
